The Soffle mission began at home in East London, making pitta chips for friends to have with their beers and dips.
In the early days, a renovated shed and a well oiled bike brought Soffles to the streets of London. Whilst the chips aren't made in the shed anymore they are still tasting as good as ever.
Soffles use FRESH ingredients for their flavours that are mixed into the dough followed by oven roasting with olive oil. So no deep fat fryer, no powdered flavourings, no additives or preservatives just 100% natural pitta chip goodness that have a unique fresh taste and a delicious low fat CRUNCH!!!
