The quality of honey depends largely on the location of the bees that produce it. Aware of this fact and looking for the best quality for their honey, they have placed all their beehives in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.

The Sierra Grazalema National Park is located in the south of Andalusia and has been declared the first biosphere reserve by UNESCO in Spain. This area, also known as the first natural park of Andalusia is one of the places with highest rainfall in the entire Iberian Peninsula creating unique conditions for diverse forests populated by firs, oaks and wild flowers - providing the honey with its unique flavour, characteristics and colour.
