Made by two entrepreneurs who couldn’t find healthy and nutritious vegan alternatives to cheese. They refuse to eat a mixture of flours, oils and “natural” flavor enhancers to look like cheese, and started producing alternatives to cheese, using almonds, a super nutritious ingredient, locally grown, at first for own consumption, friends and family. The response has been so good and the requests so many (because the product is great, healthy and delicious!!!) that they started selling them and spreading the vegan cheese magic trough the world.
