Upfull (happy vibes in Jamaican slang) was founded in 2015 by international development manager Terence Lapidus. “I wanted to marry my love for bringing positive change and my passion for delicious and nutritious organic food into one. I left my job and started baking!”

In 2016, the Upfull dream was beginning to take shape and Terence travelled to a remote farming community in Kenya, where together with the Kenyan government, local chiefs and partners, 40 small organic farms were selected for upliftment. All Upfull granola is handmade and slow toasted to perfection. Organic, gluten and refined sugar free, loaded with superfood and comes in unique grab and go single serve waterproof and re-sealable bags.
