White Rabbit was created by our founders Nick and Teo. It first started when they met in the White Rabbit Pub in Oxford. Nick pulled the pints, whilst Teo worked in the kitchen. Teo is a true Italian pizza chef, with years of experience working in his uncle’s pizzerias in Bergamo.

Working in the pub’s kitchen creating pizzas for their customers, Nick and Teo saw a growing demand for gluten-free and plant-based pizzas. Over the last 5 years they’ve worked hard to create some of the best free-from products out there, that don’t compromise on taste!
