The Fresh Pasta Company was established in 2004 by Mark Garcia-Oliver to raise the standards of pasta in the UK. Mark grew up in Argentina, which has a vibrant and deep rooted Italian heritage, combined with a food culture of strong flavours and excellent meats.

The fresh pasta and sauces are made in Italy under the brand Mattarello (means rolling pin in Italian), and strictly following Mark’s recipes using traditional methods of production to the highest standards. Mark’s products have won over 40 awards for quality and innovation.
