Hayley Milthorpe, a qualified nutritionist with a passion for live fermented foods began The Cultured Food Company as she saw a real need for naturally probiotic foods being made available to buy. Hayley saw first hand whilst practising as a nutritionist the profound effect these foods had on people’s health once introduced into the diet. All of their sauerkrauts are raw, unpasteurised and alive and kicking with healthy gut bacteria.
