Doughlicious was created by Kathryn Bricken in her London kitchen to satisfy her three teenage children and friends who craved American style cookies they could bake at home on demand. Kathryn’s goal was to create cookies made with high quality, natural ingredients but never compromising taste. She worked particularly hard to produce gluten-free and vegan cookies that are healthier and taste better than standard packaged cookies. Doughlicious offers flavours such as original Chocolate Chip, smooth Peanut Butter, exotic Matcha and Vegan Carrot Cake. Doughlicious is also extremely mindful of minimising food waste and enables all “cookie monsters” to conveniently bake the exact number and flavours of cookies they will enjoy in one setting.
