Cool Chile was established in the heart of London in 1993 with a simple idea: to import a wide variety of the best dried chillies direct from Mexico, and to provide the UK with a whole new range of flavours for real Mexican cooking. 25 years later and they still import dried chillies, herbs and masa harina directly from Mexico where the flavour and quality is second to none. All their products are shipped by sea so as to leave as small a carbon foot print as possible.  Their corn tortillas are freshly made to order and are gluten free and do not contain GM ingredients. They continue to produce their own salsas, sauces and pastes, faithfully made using traditional Mexican recipes and their delicious imported chillies.
