The Pickle House was established by Florence Cherruault in 2014 in Hackney, London. Having first been introduced to the idea of drinking pickle juice whilst in New York she wanted to create a recipe that was specifically made to enjoy with cocktails and smoothies; not just the leftover brine from a jar of pickles. The Pickle House then spent many months developing their Original Pickle Juice recipe which is brewed for 12 weeks with a blend of vinegar, sliced cucumbers and spices to create a smooth, strong pickle juice. They have now launched their Bloody Mary Mix which gives a new depth to this much loved traditional drink with an extra kick of pickle power.
