The Artisan Bakery creates naturally leavened sourdough breads and fine pastries of an unmatched quality adhering to time honoured artisanal standards. Using only the finest natural ingredients their baked goods are made by a highly skilled team of bakers and pastry chefs. Most of the breads are made using their 10 year old sourdough culture, giving us their bread unique flavour and texture.
