Established in 2004 by Ian James and Nick Selby, they set out to create a crafted range of recipes using well-sourced, seasonal ingredients producing a unique offer for everyday eating. Their exacting standards and insistence on proper cookery values has resulted in a selection of tasty, simple food, produced fresh everyday in their kitchens.

From their first shop in London’s Primose Hill and a second, opened 5 years ago in Hampstead, each week they serve over 4000 customers with an ever-evolving range of the best artisan products, mostly from across the UK, as well as the wide-ranging selection of Melrose and Morgan products from their own kitchen. Their soups, stews, pies, puddings, loaf cakes, biscuits and other baked goods have found a loyal following from their customers and in the past 3 years have been awarded 10 Great Taste Stars. What really matters to them is taste and flavour and a reliance on well-sourced ingredients.

Their ranges have been crafted and honed by a team of in-house chefs and they are now pleased to be able to share some of their customer’s favourites with a wider audience. Keep an eye out for seasonal specials that they introduce throughout the year.
