Unable to find adequate vegan and gluten free options for her family and finding existing products tasted bland, stale or unlike real bread, she set out to make allergy-sensitive fresh breads that are free of unnecessary preservatives and additives.

Using organic ingredients to bring you fresh bread without using semi synthetic ingredients commonly found in gluten free products.Tara only uses organic flour and other wholesome ingredients such as gluten free grains, herbs, seeds and dried fruit.
