Please send wholesale orders to customerservice@wholegood.co.uk and fresh produce orders to orders@wholegood.co.uk. For more info on ordering and delivery schedule, please see delivery page.
We accept payment by debit and credit cards or on account. If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate in giving us a call to discuss. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not accept orders by FAX.
New Accounts
New customers should complete our customer account form HERE.
Payment
If an account is held with us, all invoices are to be paid by the 15th of the month following delivery. You can pay by credit card when ordering on our website. We can also take card details over the phone at the time of placing your order.
Value Added Tax
VAT is only charged on relevant products, it is clearly noted on each product.
Claims
In the unlikely occurrence that there is a discrepancy or shortage to your order, or if the goods are damaged, you must advise Wholegood within 12 hours of delivery.
Sell-by Date
All our products come with a minimum shelf life. Please check on each page, as every product is different.
